Dicoding School use karne ka matlab hai ke aap in terms ko accept karte hain. Agar aap terms se agree nahi karte to platform use na karein.

2. User Accounts and Responsibility

  • Aap apne account credentials ke liye responsible hain
  • Strong password use karein aur account share na karein
  • Registration ke waqt valid information provide karna zaroori hai
  • Ek account ka use sirf registered user hi kare
  • 13 saal se kam age ke users account create nahi kar sakte

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property

Platform par available material, including lessons, code examples, exercises, visuals aur documents, Dicoding School ka intellectual property hai aur copyright law se protected hai.

Aap educational purpose ke liye is content ka access le sakte hain, lekin without written permission content ko copy, resell, redistribute ya commercially reuse nahi kar sakte.

4. User Submitted Content

Agar aap comments, assignments, reviews ya koi aur user-generated content submit karte hain to aap confirm karte hain ke:

  • Content aapka apna hai ya aapko use karne ki permission hai
  • Content kisi third party rights violate nahi karta
  • Hum moderation, display aur course quality improvement ke liye content use kar sakte hain

5. Prohibited Activities

Niche di gayi activities strictly prohibited hain:

  • Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, spamming, malware activity
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, hateful ya discriminatory posts
  • Fake identity se account create karna ya impersonation
  • Platform security, APIs ya restrictions ko bypass karna
  • Course material ka unauthorized resale ya redistribution
  • Any illegal or fraudulent use of services

6. Pricing and Payments

Paid plans ya premium features ke liye:

  • Pricing time to time update ho sakti hai
  • Applicable taxes location aur law ke mutabiq add ho sakte hain
  • Payments trusted third-party processors ke through handle hoti hain
  • Purchase se pehle refund policy check karna user ki responsibility hai

7. Refund Policy

Agar policy me specified period ke andar aap eligible refund request submit karte hain to case review ke baad refund process ki jati hai. Approved refund ke baad premium access revoke kiya ja sakta hai.

8. Service Availability Disclaimer

Dicoding School services "as available" basis par provide hoti hain. Hum reasonable effort karte hain lekin yeh guarantee nahi dete ke:

  • Platform hamesha uninterrupted ya error-free chalega
  • Learning se specific job placement guaranteed hogi
  • Har user ke liye same learning outcome milega

9. Limitation of Liability

Applicable law ke mutabiq maximum extent tak Dicoding School direct ya indirect losses ke liye liable nahi hoga jo platform usage, interruption ya data issues ki wajah se arise hon.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Agar account terms violation kare ya suspicious activity detect ho to account temporary suspend ya permanently terminate kiya ja sakta hai. Severe cases me prior notice ke baghair bhi action liya ja sakta hai.

11. Changes to Terms

Hum terms ko update kar sakte hain. Major updates platform notice ya email ke through share ki jati hain. Update ke baad continued use ka matlab updated terms accept karna hai.
